Multi-instrumentalist, composer, orchestrator and conductor, JFAbraham enjoys a varied career with high quality collaboration at its heart.

Based in South London he has toured and recorded extensively with Public Service Broadcasting, for whom he contributed string and wind arrangements for the albums “The Race for Space”, “Every Valley” and “Bright Magic”. In addition to touring internationally, the band have performed twice at the BBC Proms, firstly in 2019 and again in 2022, with JFAbraham’s orchestral arrangements accompanying “The Race for Space” and “This New Noise”, a new commission performed by PSB, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Jules Buckley.

He also contributes regularly to the Grammy nominated band Bastille, touring and recording as a trumpet player and arranging brass, winds and strings on the number one albums “Wild World” and “Give Me the Future”. In 2020 he reimagined the bands back catalogue for Re:Orchestrated and went on to conduct a sold out performance at the London Palladium.

Recent clients and collaborators include: BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, Blue Lab Beats, Eurovision, Netflix, The Baltic Sea Philharmonic and Kristjan Järvi, Old Dirty Brasstards and Neoteric Ensemble.

As a solo artist he is in the process of releasing his debut album “A Different Kind of Light”, with a physical release coming in late 2023.
